Important Update on the Warm Water Pool & Program Adjustments

Dear Verona Area Aquatic Center Community,

I am writing to provide an important update on the warm water (community) pool. The water temperature has now dropped to 70 degrees. Per State of Wisconsin regulations, we are not permitted to operate the pool at temperatures below 70 degrees. As a result, the community pool is closed until further notice.

To help provide continued swimming opportunities, we have begun adding open swim times at the Natatorium during the day and on weekends, as staffing allows.

Natatorium Location:

📍 400B N. Main St, Verona, WI

During these open swim times, two lap lanes will be available, with the remaining portion of the pool open for general recreational swimming.

Once the replacement heaters arrive and are installed, I will send out another update to let everyone know when we will be able to resume normal open swim activities at the Aquatic Center.
