Water Exercise

🌊 Dive into the ultimate aquatic adventure with our variety of water exercise classes!

Adult (18 and older) Water Exercise classes are offered in the Warm Water pool and diving well at the Aquatic Center, 234 Wildcat Way and at the Natatorium, 400B N Main St, Verona, WI 53593.

Classes are all "Walk-ins", no pre-registration is required. (Schedule is subject to change)

Water Exercise - Aqua Hit

45- solid Water Aerobic exercise class in the warm water pool that will let you experience a vigorous and energizing workout without the impact and strain on joints.

(Spanish) : Prepárate para una divertida clase de cardio en aguas poco profundas. También se incorporarán elementos de fuerza y equilibrio en la clase. ¡Puedes ir al ritmo e intensidad que mejor te convengan!

Deep Water Bootcamp

Feel the resistance of the water, sculpt and tone your muscles with every move while enjoying the gentle embrace of buoyancy with our provided Aqua Jogger flotation devices.

Balance, Breath, and Buoyancy

Buoyancy, breath and balance is a dynamic water practice class which combines the principles of Qigong-Taichi (movement linked with breath to master the vital flow of energy that animates us) with the therapeutic benefit of water on the body’s organizational systems.  With a focus on range of motion of the joints and strength of the joints to improve and preserve reliable balance.

(Spanish): Contiene principios de Qigong-Taichi con el beneficio terapéutico del agua en los sistemas organizativos del cuerpo. Se enfoca en el rango de movimiento y la fuerza de las articulaciones para mejorar y preservar el equilibrio.
