Lap Swim Etiquette

  • You are welcome to bring your own equipment.

  • When your swim session is over, you will have 10 minutes before you need to exit the locker room.

  • When the pool is busy, swim lanes will be shared.

  • When sharing with one person, you can split the lane and stay on your side. 

  • With more than two people in the lane, circle swim must start.

  • When sharing a lane with 3 or more people, keep right.

  • Before entering the water, make sure the area is clear of any other swimmers.

  • Take a moment to watch and learn. When in doubt, ask one of your fellow swimmers.
