Refund Policy
VASD Aquatic Center/Natatorium has a no-refund policy. However, full refunds will be given if the VASD aquatic department cancels a class. Prorated compensation, in the form of a RecDesk account credit, may be given only if severe illness or injury prevents participation; documentation may be requested.

Members can no longer add funds to their account as prepayment of entry fees. Household credits will continue to be issued for program cancellations

Once an invoice is generated for any membership or program registration, participants have seven (7) days to pay the balance in full. If payment is not processed within this timeframe, the membership or program registration will be canceled, and the participant will forfeit their spot.
